'Your yoga does not need to look like anyone else's'
Yoga, for me, is not about showing what we can do to the world; rather it is an inside job. It is experiential. Our 'knowledge' of yoga can only come from our own direct experience. In my classes I am your guide, providing an offering, but your experience of it is key. Your yoga does not need to look like anyone else's, it is just that - 'your yoga'; a journey into the self.
